Our cottages and Playa Monkey house have all the amenities. Cottages have a grill for guest use- just use with care and remember to turn off the tank after each use. All properties have a backup standby generator to power the entire property, in the case of a power outage, and internet and satellite TV.

Just built in 2023 and located within steps of the beach and Grabbers, Salty Dolphin House has everything you need, plus a view. Walk to the grocery store, the ferry dock, Kidd’s Cove and world famous Nippers.
Enjoy relaxing on the screened-in porch or on the large open deck with grill. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 baths, laundry and a full kitchen.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of power outage. Our caretakers will meet you upon arrival and are always a phone call away to make sure you have everything you need. $450 per night.
